Welcome to Trinity Medical Centre

Mission Statement:-

Our mission is:-

  • To deliver patient-focused quality care to all our patients
  • To treat all our patients with respect and dignity at all times

This practice has a total of 10,300 patients, the majority from Wandsworth and some from Lambeth.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Practice Redevelopment

The branch surgery at Cavendish Road is now closed.

All patients at this practice now have a named GP. If you would like further information, please contact reception.

We are re-organizing our services. As of July 1st 2016, the practice is proposing to stop the emergency walk-in evening surgery. This is to enable more booked on-the-day appointments for patients in order to reduce waiting times. Therefore, all evening appointments will be bookable only from July 1st.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.

Online Services

We offer on line access for booking GP appointments, ordering prescriptions and viewing your medication and allergies. This service is only available for patients over 16 years. For children upto the age of 12 years, parents can do this on their behalf, but once they reach this age, access is de-activated and it is up to the clinician to decide whether the child is Fraser competant or whether the family can continue until the child reaches 16. Please ask reception for details.
