Telephone Advice
If you have a problem, which you feel can be resolved in a telephone consultation with a doctor; the receptionist will give you a time to ring back. Please ring in the morning for a telephone consultation for that day.
Practice Nurses
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. They are all highly qualified and offer a comprehensive range of nursing procedures. Alongside general nursing services such as ear syringing, vaccinations and wound dressings, they offer a range of more specialised clinic appointments including asthma, diabetes, coronary heart disease and smears.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
